1964 90% Silver JFK Half Dollar (HJFK1964BU)

It’s round. It’s 90% silver. It’s very shiny. It feels nice in my hand. It makes people smile. More than that, I cannot say.

The coin was described well, and included a good photo. The item arrived in good time, and had been carefully wrapped.

THE 1964′ JFK ” SILVER ” HALF DOLLAR WAS THE FIRST YEAR OF ISSUE, THE FIRST AND ONLY 90% SILVER JFK, AND THE LAST YEAR THAT A 90% ” SILVER ” COIN WAS MADE FOR CIRCULATION. THE 1976′BI-CENTENIAL ISSUE HAD A DIFFERENT REVERSE.THEY ALSO MADE A 1976′ ‘S’ MINT THAT WAS 40% SILVER, AND CAME IN A 3 PC. SET WITH A WASH. QUARTER AND A IKE DOLLAR. THIS IS A VERY COLLECTIBLE SILVER COIN.
