Miss Elaine Eous September 3, 2009 at 2:19 am: I bought my some a pirate treasure chest and wanted some extra gold coins to add to it. I was excited when I saw the picture thinking I would be getting “real” coins (not able to spend, but at least heavy weight coins). The shipping weight of 3lb confirmed my belief that they would be “real” style coins, but they are just the cheap garbage plastic coins that you can buy at any dollar store. I don’t think the package weighed more than a few ounces. Do not be fooled by this product.
