Question by south girl: How much is this buffalo gold coin really worth if it is only being sold on TV for 10 dollars?
I am interested in by a a collectors mint gold coin, but skeptical that it is only 10 dollars. Is it really worth fifty dollars; will I be able to purchase things as if it was really money.

"was to be set at $ 50 proof" in the audio ad... does that answer your question? It means "we intended to price it at $ 50 but it's not worth it". Chances are if they're charging $ 10, it's approximately $ 4 in gold.
